Anna + Dami
November 2018. City wedding in Bruxelles, ma belle.

A 100% Brussels couple chooses postal number 1000 to tie the knot. Anna and Dami love each other and the capital, and they're only too happy to show us just that. The evening before the wedding Anna is stays in hotel Odette en Ville with her sister. In the morning, she descends the hotel’s romantic stairs as in a fairy tale to toast to the big day with her bridesmaids.

For a moment it seems to become a romcom when Anna realizes that she has forgotten her bridal bouquet at the moment of the arrival at the Church of Notre-Dame de Bon Secours, in the heart of the city. But the problem is solved quickly and the bride can walk down the aisle on time with a bunch of shining white roses.

The ceremony takes place in a laidback and joyful atmosphere. After some fresh beers in the local pub bar Llanes, we dive into a yellow refurbished car (by Dami) for a custom made photo shoot. The Fiat 500 stops at some of Anna and Dami's favourite spots in Brussels, like Chez Richard and Place Poelaert.

The ride ends in Schaarbeek: at Arsenal, old military headquarters transformed into an atmospheric event location with cocktail bar, fire baskets and candles. The couple and their guests are treated to an extensive menu and moving speeches during dinner. Sincere love is present during this day: for each other, friends and family. Late at night, we can read that in Uncle Dami's eyes when he crawls into the yellow Fiat with all his nieces and nephews.

Vendors: open back dress by Rime Arodaky, hair and make-up by Nanja Massy. Suit by Café Costume with a Comme les loups bow tie. Hotel room: Odette en Ville. Flowers: Ianthe en Laura. Catering and venue: Choux de Bruxelles.
